Jerry Hagan founded Novillus with the purpose of driving engageable collaboration technology solutions to help serve health plans better position themselves with their members and provider group partners. He is a seasoned leader with a passion for understanding and delivering on the needs of the customer, a relentless commitment to operational excellence, and a track record for driving outstanding results.

Jerry has over 20 years of leadership experience in the software & IT services industry – spanning across sales, marketing, operations, and corporate strategy. Prior to Novillus, Jerry served as the founding President and CEO of Fortix Data Centers. Jerry led Fortix to become one of the top performing enterprise class data center providers on the West Coast. His team pioneered the cloud integration platform for SaaS-based hosted solutions for many of the largest organizations in the country, including several governmental agencies such as the CDC, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Defense, to name few, in addition to numerous hospital systems. Fortix also was a pioneering leader of enterprise class disaster recovery services after the nations 9/11 tragedy spanning several industries including shipping, hospitals and financial-based models. He also served as Founding President and CEO of Medius Medical Technologies, a medical device and services organization.

Grant has over 25 years in senior leadership roles at technology and services companies, providing the vision and hands-on strategy to deliver high quality, scalable, secure solutions that are easy to use.

Prior to co-founding Novillus, Grant served as CTO / SVP of Operations for Yesmail from 2006 to 2012, where he was instrumental in taking Yesmail’s enterprise multi-channel marketing solution to a Forrester rating of “Market Leader”, achieving a “Best Current Offering” of all enterprise multi-channel marketing solutions. Grant also led the Operations and Customer Support teams.

Prior to Yesmail, Grant co-founded Swan Island Networks, where he received U.S. Patent No. 7,337,146 for trusted collaboration networks for real-time sharing of sensitive information.

Harlan has spent the past ten years in healthcare technology including eight years at HealthSparq, where he held roles in Product, Sales and Partnerships. HealthSparq was acquired by Kyruus Health from Cambia Health Solutions in 2021 after scaling to over 70 Health Plans where Harlan continued to support the joint brands.

Prior to joining the health tech scene, Harlan spent years working with global brands like Zappos, Microsoft and Amazon launching digital platforms, including apps featured onstage at Microsoft’s Build conference’s opening keynote. His work was published in Mashable and CNET.

With over 28 years of experience in the software industry, Mark has built a career across diverse domains including video & networking, test & measurement, retail/ERP systems, and healthcare solutions. His background spans significant roles in high-profile companies such as New Relic, Jive, Invision, Nike, and Tektronix, where he has led multi-discipline engineering teams and developed world class SaaS solutions while forging strong relationships with businesses and customers.

In the past 8 years, Mark has focused on healthcare technology, notably at HealthSparq, where he led advancements in product engineering, cloud infrastructure, security, data platforms, and operations. During his time at HealthSparq, the company scaled to support over 70 Health Plans and was acquired by Kyruus Health in 2021. At Kyruus, Mark continued to lead technology and security initiatives, supporting the integration of joint brands and maintaining his commitment to innovative solutions in healthcare technology.
