Jerry Hagan founded Novillus with the purpose of driving engageable collaboration technology solutions to help serve health plans better position themselves with their members and provider group partners. He is a seasoned leader with a passion for understanding and delivering on the needs of the customer, a relentless commitment to operational excellence, and a track record for driving outstanding results.

Jerry has over 20 years of leadership experience in the software & IT services industry – spanning across sales, marketing, operations, and corporate strategy. Prior to Novillus, Jerry served as the founding President and CEO of Fortix Data Centers. Jerry led Fortix to become one of the top performing enterprise class data center providers on the West Coast. His team pioneered the cloud integration platform for SaaS-based hosted solutions for many of the largest organizations in the country, including several governmental agencies such as the CDC, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Defense, to name few, in addition to numerous hospital systems. Fortix also was a pioneering leader of enterprise class disaster recovery services after the nations 9/11 tragedy spanning several industries including shipping, hospitals and financial-based models. He also served as Founding President and CEO of Medius Medical Technologies, a medical device and services organization.

Harlan has spent the past ten years in healthcare technology including eight years at HealthSparq, where he held roles in Product, Sales and Partnerships. HealthSparq was acquired by Kyruus Health from Cambia Health Solutions in 2021 after scaling to over 70 Health Plans where Harlan continued to support the joint brands.

Prior to joining the health tech scene, Harlan spent years working with global brands like Zappos, Microsoft and Amazon launching digital platforms, including apps featured onstage at Microsoft’s Build conference’s opening keynote. His work was published in Mashable and CNET.

Grant has over 20 years in senior leadership roles at technology and services companies, providing the vision and hands-on strategy to deliver high quality, scalable, secure solutions that are easy to use.

Grant served as CTO / SVP of Operations for Yesmail from 2006 to 2012, where he was instrumental in taking Yesmail’s enterprise multi-channel marketing solution to a Forrester rating of “Market Leader”, achieving a “Best Current Offering” of all enterprise multi-channel marketing solutions. Grant also led the Operations and Customer Support teams.

Prior to Yesmail, Grant co-founded Swan Island Networks, where he received U.S. Patent No. 7,337,146 for trusted collaboration networks for real-time sharing of sensitive information.

Dina Rosen is Novillus’ Program Manager of Client Services. She’s been with the company since its inception serving in multiple roles, working to help Novillus succeed. Currently, Dina leads an integral client facing department of Novillus managing the Client Services team which encompasses all direct engagement initiatives in addition to direct client support programs such as Certified Coders and Provider Educator departments. Dina has extensive experience in Project Management and as Team Manager. Driven by a can-do attitude and a relentless drive to see all customers walk away from joint collaboration programs with positive experience and feeling like their objectives were not only met but exceeded. Throughout her career Dina has served essential roles in both the IT and Telecom fields. Dina graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Communication. Outside of Novillus, Dina is the proud mother of three children.

James Zdarko is the Director of Solution Engineering at Novillus.

For the past 13 years James has been a results-focused leader in the Healthcare industry achieving positive business outcomes. During that time, James successfully built and sustained complex quality measurement and analysis systems using technology and strategy to achieve HEDIS and CMS STARS goals for health plans.

James comes to Novillus from a large Health Plan where he led Quality Improvement initiatives helping to achieve 4.0-4.5 STAR ratings. He comes well-equipped with problem solving and innovative solutions to support the Novillus customer base.

James is spirited about leveraging technology and data strategies that lead to the advancement of actionable health care information for Health Plans, Providers and Members to drive quality of care for all.

James is a native of Western Pennsylvania and has a BS in Computer Applications and Information Systems. During the summer he often spends time with his wife, 2 kids and 2 dogs enjoying outdoor activities at the family cottage. He is also an avid supporter of his children’s sports teams which include hockey and soccer. Lastly, you will always find him rooting for Pittsburgh sports teams. Go PENS!
